The Potter Arms entry for the Glidden Trade’s Paint and a Pint Competition
The Potters Arms, a pub in Chorley entered the Glidden Trade ‘Paint a Pint’ competition after their customers decorated the exterior of the pub purple with pink spots, whilst the owners’ were on holiday. The owners of the pub entered the competition in hopes that the interior could be decorated to match the bubbly personality that the outside and themselves hold.
The Potters Arms Paint and a Pint Competition came to close with the pub receiving a makeover worth £2,000 as the judges admired the owners’ fun community spirit. Glidden also rewarded them with colour and paint advice from their experts as well as contributed to a re-opening party, allowing the owners to share their new look with their supportive community.
