Glidden Trade making shops look that little bit slicker.

We were employed by Tangerine PR to produce a video case study for Glidden Trade to demonstrate the use of their products at the Co-operative Lincolnshire.

Video Transcript

In a busy and competitive retail environment, first impressions count. So when Lincolnshire Co-operative started construction on a new food store in Boston, it was important that its design and layout created a lasting impression.

To paint the inside of the new store, Lincolnshire Co-operative worked with local painting contractor, GD Mould – Painting & Decorating Limited.

[Interview -Simon Burgess]

To create a bright, fresh and welcoming look for customers, the painters used Glidden Trade Contract Matt (in White) on all of the walls across the shop floor.

As the shop sees many customers pass through its doors each day, it was important to use paints that will give a long lasting finish. So, for the store’s doors and interior woodwork, the painters used Glidden Trade Acrylic Wood Primer Undercoat, followed by two coats of Glidden Trade Acrylic Gloss in Brilliant White.

The back office areas like the staff room and toilets were also painted with Glidden Trade products to give employees a professional, working environment. Since opening its doors to the public, the store has become a hub for the local community, with many people relying on the service it provides.
